Watermark Kitchens & Bathrooms recently ran a successful CPD workshop for those who work within the kitchen design industry. The event welcomed 15 delegates, including architects and developers.

As a business at the forefront of the kitchen and bathroom design industry, Watermark were keen to host the event, and were delighted to welcome Nicolai Landschultz from Indigozest, and Kathy Loddy, Gaggenau Home Economist. The event gave the opportunity for speakers to provide updates on developments within the industry, and how the industry is utilising technology for improved home appliances.

Following informative talks from Nicolai Landschultz, from Indigozest, on home automation; and information on new door finishes by Max Brown of Watermark, attendees were able to sample first hand a freshly prepared hot lunch. This gave the opportunity for delegates to see appliances action, and enjoy a delicious meal.

Delegates were also able to enjoy home-made pizzas, made by Kathy using the pizza stone function on the BO480 400 series single oven.

Those with a sweet tooth weren’t disappointed, they enjoyed a dessert of lemon posset, and mini orange cakes.

Continuing professional development

Max Brown, from Watermark said: “It was a pleasure to host this successful CPD event. Delegates enjoyed the morning to hear about industry developments, and were interested in seeing the appliances in action, and have any questions answered. The aroma of the freshly prepared food was amazing, the fresh lunch was enjoyed by all!”
