What to expect
Our small boutique showroom provides a flavour for the brands and quality of products we use in ceramics and style. It is a base for customer meetings and provides a space to match colours and styles in the flesh.
During an in-home visit or a visit to one of our outstanding showrooms, our creative designers will listen intently to your requirements, ensuring your design proposal reflects your tastes and supports your lifestyle.
Once we have all the details, we will create floor plans, elevations and three-dimensional renders of your kitchen. This allows you to see in exceptional detail how your finished design will look. Fine adjustments can then be made until you are satisfied that we have achieved your one-of-a-kind vision.

HOW WE WORK
The Watermark process
Consultation
We kick things off by discussing your floor plan, budget, wish list, and style preferences. Our team are happy to arrange a Teams call, visit to one of our showrooms or a home visit.
Bring your architect plans or let us assist with measuring your space at your home.
Design
After our initial meeting, we'll provide you with a full design proposal and itemised quotation.
If you're keen to proceed, we'll arrange a design meeting in one of our showrooms to go over your initial design and make any necessary adjustments
Supply
Once everything is squared away, we'll need a 50% deposit to get started, and the remaining balance is due in the week prior to the delivery of goods to your address.
We'll visit your home for a final measure-up and to ensure everything will work practically and safely. We also provide SSP’s drawings for your builder!
Trades
Watermark don't offer an installation service for our bathrooms, but our team are more than happy to sign post you towards trades people we have worked with on previous projects.
We recommend that clients book in their plumbers, electricians, plasterers and decorators for a site meeting and schedule of works ahead of delivery.
Enjoy
Once your bathroom is complete by your trades people, we like to pop back for a cup of tea (or something stronger!) to make sure you're happy with the products supplied.
If you'd like to show off your new space, we'll arrange a complementary photo-shoot.
